BC Ferries

Donated ferry passage for the multiple practice trip and the two expeditions. Their donation has offset approximately $2000 in travel expenses.

Carleton Rescue Equipment

Robert Green twice donated the harnesses that the Standing Spirit Project would use to transport Brad along the trail. In addition, he donated his time and extensive expertise to designing the harness.

Tetra Society of North America

Roy Hammaguchi, a volunteer with Tetra donated his engineering expertise and many hours of his time to designing the harness.

Pacific Rim National Park Reserve of Canada

Peter Whyte, the Resource Conservation Manager in the park has acted as the liaison for the project.

British Columbia Mobility Opportunity Society

David Ostro, BCMOS's Fundraising Officer continues to work on our behalf to raise funds to support the project. BCMOS has extended its official charitable status to include The Standing Spirit Project as an official project.

Petzl America

Michel Goulet, the Work Safety Division Manager donated rope, pulleys, carabiners, and other gear used in conjunction with the harness system.

Mountain Equipment Co-op

Donated store credit valued at over $5000, which included outerwear, clothing, rentals, and other hard goods.

Donated food for the 2005 expedition.

Hobey Walker donated his time and materials to twice assemble the pieces that would become our harness system.
